BOOKING COORDINATOR

Job Description

Christian Oth Studio is seeking a booking coordinator. You will be coordinating photographer's schedules and match them up with potential clients. You will have a fulfilling career in a creative environment with a wonderful team.

The right candidate will be able to: - Work closely with creatives - Act as a liaison between clients, planners and photographers - Provide high quality customer service to an elite clientele

Job structure:

30% Client meetings/writing contracts

30% Primary contact for all inquiries. Lead follow up and pre-qualification.

30% Industry networking. Work with elite clients and planners on an ongoing basis

10% Marketing Coordination

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-6 years experience in parallel art service industry
  • Self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks, Word, Google Docs and CRM software
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • A background in sales or marketing or related job activity
  • Outgoing and assertive, as well as the ability to network and participate in industry events

You must have excellent writing skills: you will be writing a lot of emails and yes, write letters via regular mail. You must have a good sense of numbers since you will be negotiating contracts
