Set against the sweeping openness of the countryside, this editorial for Farewell Fiancé merges high fashion with untamed spirit. The styling nods to Western nostalgia—structured hats, sweeping skirts, tailored silhouettes—yet every look is reframed through a modern, feminine lens. From windswept roads to fields of golden grass, each frame balances strength and softness, intention and spontaneity. There’s a rawness to the surroundings that I love to lean into as a photographer, allowing nature to play an active role in the storytelling.
What drew me most to this shoot was the contrast—the softness of tulle and lace against coarse hay, or the poised stillness of the model against a wild, expansive sky. I always aim to find that sweet spot between editorial polish and cinematic energy, where the clothes breathe and the setting shapes the mood. With Farewell Fiancé, the goal was to create images that feel like a dream remembered—sun-soaked, windswept, and quietly powerful.
